1. PROGRAM NAME AND STRUCTURE

SECTION 1 — TOURISM NEWS OF THE YEAR
3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
3.1. Participation It's free.

4. CATEGORIES

5. PRESENTATION OF WORKS

CATEGORY 2 — TOURISM PHOTOGRAPH OF THE YEAR
6. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

8.2. High-resolution files (at least 300 DPI, long side at least 4000 pixels) of winning and exhibited artworks are also required for printing. Artwork from participants who fail to meet this requirement within the deadline will not be exhibited.
9. PHOTO PROCESSING AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE POLICY

GENERAL PROVISIONS
10. APPLICATION PROCEDURE AND IDENTITY CONFIDENTIALITY

10.4. Evaluation with bibliographic information in the news category. Since verifying the publication organization and publication date is mandatory in journalistic works, works in this field are evaluated with their citations. Impartiality is protected by the conflict of interest rule in Article 12.4.
10.5. All required personal information is entered completely on the form; False statement is a violation of the rules.

11.1. Benefits provided to award winners. Each participant who receives an award will also receive:

12. SELECTION COMMITTEE

12.4. Conflict of interest. Members of the Selection Committee may not vote on the evaluation of their own works, the works of their relatives listed in Article 3.5, or the works of the institution they work for/represent, and may not be present in the hall during the deliberation. Members sign a written declaration of conflict of interest upon assuming their duties; these declarations are kept in the program archive.
12.5. Minutes. At the end of its work, the board evaluation report The minutes are drawn up and signed by the participating members. The Jury Special Award and any category amendments are recorded in the minutes. The minutes, along with the announcement of the results, will be published on the Organizer's website.
12.6. The names of the Selection Committee members will be made public along with the program announcement.
12.7. Approval from institutions. The representation of the institutions mentioned in Article 12.1 on the Selection Committee will be based on the votes received from each institution. written approval This is finalized. 13. PERMISSIONS AND LEGAL RESPONSIBILITIES
13.1. General principle. The participant acknowledges that they have obtained all necessary permissions for the production of their work, its submission to the program, and its publication under these Terms and Conditions. declares and undertakes. Any legal and financial responsibility arising from the failure to obtain the necessary permits shall be borne by the participant. Therefore, if a claim is made against the Organizer by a third party, the Organizer shall notify the participant in writing; the participant shall compensate the Organizer for all damages incurred, including compensation, court costs, and attorney fees, upon the first written request.
13.2. Drone. Compliance with flight permits, no-fly/restricted area rules, and General Directorate of Civil Aviation regulations is entirely the responsibility of the participant.
13.3. Archaeological sites, museums and cultural assets. According to Law No. 2863, commercial filming and broadcasting at archaeological sites and museums are subject to the permission of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Obtaining this permission is the participant's responsibility. The organizer may request a copy of the permission or photographic information from the participant regarding the winning and exhibited works; if the request is not met, the work will not be exhibited or published in the e-catalog.
13.4. Personal rights. If the artwork contains recognizable individuals, the participant is deemed to have obtained their necessary consent. This applies to award-winning and exhibited artworks. Signed consent form (Annex-3) It may be requested. Parental/guardian consent is mandatory for content involving children.
13.5. Broadcasting rights. In entries submitted to the news category, the participant is responsible for declaring that the work does not infringe on any rights arising from the contract with the publishing organization.
13.6. Private property, trademarks and architectural works. It is assumed that the relevant permissions have been obtained; the participant is responsible for any disputes that may arise.
13.7. The participant is responsible for any consequences arising from filming in military restricted areas and areas where entry is prohibited.
13.8. Ethical principle. Content that violates human dignity, harms animal welfare, damages natural and cultural assets, or is obtained through illegal means is not eligible to participate. Works containing hate speech, promoting discrimination, or based on unverified claims will be disqualified, even if they have received an award.
RULE 14 VIOLATIONS AND SANCTIONS
14.1. Situations that constitute a rule violation:
a) The work does not belong to the participant; using text, image, or sound recording belonging to someone else (plagiarism);
b) The application of the prohibited visual interventions in Article 9.2;
c) Submitting AI-generated text in violation of Article 5.4;
d) Participation with a work that has won an award in a photography competition (Article 6.8);
to) False statements regarding credits, publication date, filming location, or press releases;
f) Failure to submit the original file requested under Article 9.4;
g) Any interference aimed at misleading the Selection Committee;
h) Violation of the ethical principles in Article 13.8;
i) Participation using multiple identities, using someone else's identity or personal information, or making false statements.
14.2. Procedure for determination and the right of defense. Allegations of rule violations are examined based on the original file requested under Article 9.4, confirmation from the broadcasting organization, and, if necessary, the opinion of an independent expert. Program Executive., before imposing any sanctions The court informs the participant in writing of the claim and its supporting evidence, and requests a written defense within at least 7 (seven) days. No sanctions will be imposed before a defense is received or before the defense period expires. The decision is written with justification and served to the participant.
14.3. Any prizes and winnings received in case of rule violation will be revoked, the prize will be cancelled, and the place will be left vacant. The ranking will not change; it will not create a right of claim for other participants.
14.4. If the plaque and certificate of honor have been delivered, the participant must return them within 7 (seven) business days of being notified of the decision. The artwork will be removed from the exhibition and the e-catalog.
14.5. A participant who violates the rules cannot participate in the competitions organized by the Organizer for a period of [3] (three) years. This period applies to participants who are found to have committed plagiarism or submitted AI-generated content. For 5 (five) years.
14.6. The violation and the decision taken may be notified to the relevant professional organizations only after the defense process is completed and the decision becomes final, and only to the extent limited to the nature of the violation. If an appeal has been filed against the decision using the procedure in Article 12.3, no notification will be made before the appeal is concluded.
15. COPYRIGHT AND USAGE RIGHTS
15.1. Authorship. The works Ownership and copyright belong to the producer. Participation in the program does not imply copyright transfer.

15.4. Identification requirement. With each use The author's name, the title of the work, and the publishing house must be clearly indicated. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
15.5. Non-transferability. The regulator may not transfer, sell, or sublicense this right to third parties. The works may not be used in advertisements for products/services of sponsors or third parties. This provision does not prevent suppliers from performing work for the purposes of exhibition setup, printing, design, e-cataloging and shipping, provided that this work is limited solely to these tasks, subject to the same usage restrictions, and that a written confidentiality and data processing undertaking is signed with the Regulator. The Regulator is responsible for suppliers' uses outside of this scope.
15.6. Right of free transfer and right of repurchase. With regard to award-winning and exhibited works, the permission specified in Article 15.2 applies. free permission is granted. 15.9. Warranty. The author declares and guarantees that the work is their original work, that no third parties own the rights, that they have not previously transferred their rights, and that they are authorized to grant the permission under this Agreement. 15.10. Written permission for use. The permit referred to in Article 15.2 shall be obtained in accordance with the following procedure, in order to meet the formal requirements stipulated in Article 52 of Law No. 5846:
a) Award-winning participants and photographers selected for the Invited Selection shall sign the Copyright Permission Form (Appendix 5) with a wet signature or a secure electronic signature and submit it to the Organizer;
b) Permission is granted only for participants selected for exhibition, upon confirmation by the participant of a confirmation link sent to the email address provided in the application, which separately indicates the scope and duration of the permission; the confirmation record is stored with the date, time, and IP information;
c) If a participant fails to submit the document mentioned in clause (a) within 5 (five) days of receiving notification, their work will not be exhibited or published in the e-catalog; their right to the prize will not be affected.;
d) Copyright fees to be paid to invited selection photographers will not be paid until the document mentioned in subparagraph (a) reaches the Organizer.
16. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

18th EXHIBITION, E-CATALOGUE AND AWARD CEREMONY

19. OTHER PROVISIONS
